On Thursday the legislator will vote to override Romney's vetoes of the funding for safe schools for LGBT students. Year after year the Massachusetts Youth Risk Behavioral Survey shows that queer students in schools with gay/straight alliances are less likely to attempt suicide or other acts of violence. The right-wing has infiltrated our schools (Article by Eric Rofes), and it is time to fight back.
